I think I would choose to live in a city that has bright colored buildings. All my life, I have lived in big cities with normal black, white, gray, or brown buildings. This is very normal and common in many cities around the world. Brightly colored buildings in a city are not very common in the world. I think brightly colored buildings give a city a very cheerful and bold feeling. It makes me think also that people who live in these cities are different from other people and would be more interesting to be neighbors with. I have heard that our surroundings can affect our moods. If we live in a city with bright colors, it lifts our moods and can make us more warm and open.
