Describe your own special way of eating your favorite snack.

My favorite snack is the lemon tart. Lemon tarts look like pies but they are usually baked in a rectangular dish and cut into rectangular pieces. Lemon tarts have a base similar to apple pies but the filling is obviously lemon. The filling is usually soft and the taste is sweet and sour. It can’t be too sweet or it would lose its special lemon flavor. My favorite way to have lemon tarts is to have a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on the side. The cold and sweet ice-cream flavor adds to the flavor of the lemon tart.
