Australia does not have any Burger King fast food restaurants. Instead, Burger King is rebranded as Hungry Jack’s in Australia. In 1971, the Burger King franchie discovered that there was already a local restaurant named Burger King, so it switched to the name Hungry Jack’s instead. Hungry Jack's is an Australian fast food franchise of the Burger King Corporation.

Q. Which is your favorite fast food chain and why?

A. It depends on what I am having. I like the burgers from McDonalds. They taste better to me than burgers from Burger King. McDonald’s often has value meal promotions which are very good deals. They also have a good selection of desserts. However, I like the fries from Burger King better. I am not sure why it tastes better, but it does. If I have time and I want to have hamburger, I usually go through the drive through at McDonald’s and order the burgers and desserts. After which, I would go through the drive through at Burger King and get some fries!
