Khao nieow mamuang, or mango sticky rice, is a traditional Thai dessert that was eaten in the summer in the past. Mangoes are in season and in abundance in the summer in Thailand. This is a snack made of glutinous rice mixed with coconut milk and served with mangoes on top. Kor Panit is one of the oldest coconut sticky rice shops in Thailand. It has been around for over 80 years, and it is well-known for serving the best coconut milk sticky rice and mango sticky rice.
