France has diverse weather conditions. There are four main climates in France. The oceanic climate is found in western regions of France, where it is colder. The oceanic climate has lots of rainfall, cool summers, and very cold winters. Central and eastern areas of France have a continental climate. The Mediterranean climate produces hot summers, cool winters, and sunshine throughout the year.

Q. How different is the climate in France from your home country?

A. The climate in Malaysia is very different from France. The humidity in both countries is different. Most areas in France are very dry but it is humid throughout the year in Malaysia. Malaysia is hotter than France. The temperature in Malaysia is about 28 to 32 ℃ year-round. In France it is about 25 ℃ in the summer. Also, France has all four seasons. I live in the tropics of Malaysia and visit Europe twice a year. I feel like I have the best of both worlds!
