The national flag of America has red and white stripes, with a blue box filled with white stars. The two-colored stripes are represented as the 13 colonies and the stars represent the 50 states of the Union. The colors in the flag also have their own significance. Red is about hardiness and valor, white is about purity and innocence, and blue represents vigilance and justice. The flag’s design is commonly known to be created by Elizabeth Betsy Ross, but was last modified by Robert G. Bob Heft in 1959 to the flag we see today.
It has two main colors which are blue and red. There are lots of stars in the blue box at the top left. Also, there are 13 red stripes representing 13 original colonies.
