  • My friend Jonathan loves to eat. He is always eating whenever we go out. He loves all kinds of food but the one thing that I always see him eat are sandwiches. I asked him about this and he replied that sandwiches are his favorite food. According to Jonathan, he is able to get all the nutrients that he needs with a sandwich. Sandwiches usually have ham, bread, cheese, and lots of lettuce and tomatoes. He thinks that sandwiches are easy to make, convenient to eat, and delicious.

I mentioned to him one day that he usually always eats the same sandwiches all the time and he should try to expand his palate. He thought about it for a while, and he agreed. So he said he was going to learn how to make a higher variety of sandwiches.

I had never been a huge fan of ham sandwiches so when Jonhathan offered me some, I would usually refuse. But after I saw all the different types of sandwiches, he started to bring for lunch, I wanted to try them also. They were so finger licking good that I kept wanting more and more. At first, he would be happy to offer part of his sandwich to me, but over time I started to feel bad. I would gobble up half of his food and he would be hungry shortly after.

I started to crave for sandwiches as well, so I decided to start making the sandwiches with him. We would meet up and go over new recipes or new sandwiches that we wanted to try and go shopping for the ingredients. Now sandwiches are my favorite food too!
