Lobster Rolls

A lobster roll is a sandwich that is native to New England of the United States, but it is also very popular in Canada. Lobster on its own is expensive and usually reserved for special occasions. Lobster rolls, however, are inexpensive. Fresh lobsters on a hot dog bun are the favorite of many seafood lovers. Most restaurants make the lobster roll with a lobster salad of a mayonnaise base. The bread is first grilled with butter, so it has a crunchy texture that complements well with the lobster.

그러나 바닷가재 롤은 비싸지 않다. 핫도그에 신선한 바닷가재를 올린 랍스터롤은 많은 해산물 애호가들이 가장 좋아한다.
대부분의 식당에서는 마요네즈를 베이스로 한 바닷가재 샐러드로 랍스터 롤을 만든다. 그 빵은 먼저 버터를 발라 굽기 때문에 바삭바삭한 식감이 있어 바닷가재와 잘 어울린다.
