Q.
If you can choose to be on an island with one type of animal, what would it be and why?
A.
I would choose to be on a rabbit island. I loved rabbits when I was young but I was never allowed to have one because my father thought them messy animals who will chew through anything. As an adult I wanted to have one but never did because I was always busy with work and didn’t have time to take care of one. I went to visit one of my friends in Texas once and she took me and her children to visit a well-known lake in her town. Visitors could rent a canoe and paddle the canoe in the lake. There was a tiny island right in the middle of the lake and it had rabbits on it! Appropriately it was named Rabbit Island. Only the care-takers could get onto the island to feed and take care of the rabbits three times a day. We were only able to row as close as possible to the island and watch the rabbits. The best part was, they were dwarf rabbits! Teeny-tiny rabbits were so adorable! It was an experience that I would never forget.
