▶ Characteristic/personality
I am a native English speaking tutor, born and raised in the United States. However, I spent my high school years studying abroad in the Philippines and decided to return to Asia from the United States. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and learning about different cultures. I am patient, a good listener, and someone who will work hard to help you improve your English!

▶ To 맛집영어 students
Many ESL students lack opportunities to speak English with native speakers. Therefore, our classes will focus on spoken English, its associated skills (e.g., listening comprehension), and achieving overall fluency. In my experience as a teacher and as a second language student, I have noticed that conversation-style classes often result in rapid language acquisition.

▶ Tutor’s experience
My teaching experience fully consists of online English tutoring and working exclusively with Korean adults. My students have ranged from executives of large corporations to undergraduates studying at top Korean universities. Before teaching, I worked in sales and customer service for companies in the United States.
